Surge not syncing with Strava. Help please!

Just got my new Surge and followed all instructions to sync both apps. They both show Fitbit and Strava are connected, but no activities have been shared.
I ran 14 miles today with my running watch and it's on Strava, but no running info in Fitbit.
And no activities from Fitbit are on Strava.
Have I missed something?

Don't worry the problem is with the sync today. It's normally great, bit today we've all experienced this problem - see:
