Sync Samsung Watch data to Fitbit

Hi I have been bought the latest Samsung galaxy watch for my birthday, I have always used fit bit, so I want to continue. Just wondering if anyone can shed light on which apps sync well to give shared steps, runs, walks, heart rate and sleep data to fitbit from my watch.

I did have my Samsung watch data linked to my Fitbit app by going through Samsung health I think. It has been a while. It would keep tract of steps, stairs etc. but could not participate in any Fitbit Challenges.

SHealth has a women's option now

Four fitbits in 5 years... I'm over it too

Try "FittoFit" app. I am currently trying it, it's now syncing all my data from google fit which links to Samsung fit to fitbit currently.

I gave up too.

Looks like FittoFit only goes from Fitbit to Google Fit, not the other way around.  Am I missing something?

With all the different devices that people have fitbit should start its own app that would use any device.

Simply sell features in the Fitbit app for non-Fitbit device users. Up sell and make it an annual cost. 🤷🏼‍:female_sign: Easy.

Had two fitbit versa go bad within a year of each other. First was covered( probably by refurb)  second had water damage again( no swimming) and fitbit did not cover. Offer a lame 20% off!!

About to give up on fitbit!! Or should be called flopbit!!!

My charge 3 just died.  Fitbit offered a 35% off code to retain me as a customer.  BUT the code has to be used in 30 days and doesn't work on new devices or sale devices.  Right now some of the devices are on sale 35% off for Black Friday and the rest are new. So they offered me a useless 35% off code.  I don't believe they wish to retain me as a customer.

I'm researching Samsung active 2 and the potential to link it to the fitbit app. 🙂

I'm exactly the same. Can't believe how dim the screen is on my Charge 3,  I've gone back to my Charge 2 with a cracked screen, sold my 3 on ebay, and will get a Samsung Active2. It's a shame as the design and functionality was good for me.

It's a shame Fitbit don't do anything about the brightness despite threads and feeds everywhere about the problem.

Hi,  were you able to sync your Samsung active 2 (I assume using Samsung Heath, then using health sync) to sync with challenges? My Samsung watch syncs with health sync app and steps show up on fitbit app, but not the challenges.

Hi. At the moment I haven't had a chance get the new watch / tracker. I'm now mulling over the Active 2 or Fitbit Versa 3. The Active2 has a poor battery life according to the stats. Thanks for replying me. Ian

I found the same but the Challenges was what I wanted to be able to use.
Since Fitbit is owned by Google now I would expect an API interface for
Challenges. I miss the challenges the most but The fact that my 2 fitbits I
owned lasted about a year and my Samsung Active watch has lasted more than
a year and I like the notifications functionality better when paired with
my Samsung phone the chances Fit Bit will get me back is slim.

Nice point. Notifications and fun stuff (weather, music plays a more interesting part for me. I was looking at ways to extend the battery life as the Samsung was interesting as I always get Samsung phones so thought it'd link up better. I do like that the Versa3 now has Google Assistant / Alexa.
