I have been using my Charge 2 HR with my Nu-step seated recumbent bike for my morning workout. The Charge 2 HR ALWAYS drops about 750-1000 steps off the count that the Nu-Step shows. Is there anyway to synch the two so that what the Nu-step says I have in steps actually shows up on my Fitbit? I don't mind doing the extra steps as cool down but it is sort of annoying at 6:00 AM.

HI there @Chap945, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! In this case NuSteps does not figure among the supported third party apps. However there are tons of apps that can connect with your Fitbit account which not necessarily are compatible. The difference with these services is that we do not have the details of what information will be share or how the information will be translated by these third party services.
Keep in mind your NuStep recumbent bike is built to read the steps without the impact of a regular walk. With your Fitbit Charge 2, despite is able to read a bike exercise; is not sensing the impact and the motion pattern of your steps to translate this activity as an actual steps in your Fitbit Dashboard from the recumbent bike and this might explain why you see a drop on your numbers from your steps total count as it possible is missing some steps intermittently during your exercise.
To conclude it will depend of which information is taking your NuStep from your Fitbit account or vice-versa. Not all the data is shared across a third party integration so I recommend to contact NuStep support for more details and learn more about this integration.
For other details about third party integrations please review our Third Party Apps - FAQ .
See you later and for other questions please stay tuned to the Fitbit Community!
