My Fitbit flex has suddenly stopped syncing with my weight watchers app for no apparent reason, so is no longer calculating activity pro points - one of the main reasons that I bought it!! Is anybody else having this problem?
Moderator Edit: Clarified subject
The same thing is happening to me. I've had my fitbit synced with WW for the past 2-3 months and today I noticed that I am showing 0 activity points in WW. I went to the site and it shows my fitbit is connected so I disconnected and reconnected thinking maybe it was frozen but still no luck. So now I can't get any points from my fitbit and the WW site won't let me enter them manually as I did before having a fitbit. Sure hope WW fixes this issue
Same here. Has been working fine until today--no activity points credited. Disabled the sync and then re-established the conneciton and still nothing. Has synced fine with MyFitnessPal so must be a Weight Watchers problem.
Well I have had a reply from WW but to the fact that it should sync but may take 2 -3 hours!! erm HELLO it has been 36 hours and counting!!!!
Me, too. Another epic Weight Watchers failure. I like their plan--but all the other programs seem to work so much better.
I'm glad to see I'm not the only one frustrated with this. I had to disconnect my FitBit from WW yesterday so that I could manually add in my Activity Points. Apparently, they don't allow the integration and manual logging of activity.
I hope this gets sorted out soon because I really loved the ease of integration and not having to worry about logging. This is the main reason I decided to buy a FitBit.
I am glad I am not the only one with this problem! I Hope they fix it soon because it is driving me nuts. I called WW, IPhone, Verizon. I went to the mall to Best buy, Applestore and nobody was able to help me. I think WW want us to buy the new activelink.

I apologize for the trouble you've all had in syncing with Weight Watchers - per this recent post, they are investigating the issue from their end, and are working hard on resolving it as quickly as possible.
I just sent a message to WW a few minutes ago so no reply yet to me. I did tell them I noticed the issue on Monday and also that I am not the only person having this issue. Hopefully they are investigating and will fix it soon. In the meantime, I am using the notes app in my phone to manually log my APs
I actually bought the ActiveLink before I got my fitbit. When I realized that it would only work if you have a WW membership I sent it back. At least with the fitbit you can count your steps and have an idea of how active you are at all times. I've been a WW member on and off for years and before having the fitbit, I went through my app and made a spreadsheet which tells me how many minutes equals how many APs. I usually do this every few months to be sure I have the latest stats as WW changes things up frequently
