It's not possible at the moment. There is a popular feature suggestion to change this and if you'd like to add your vote you can find it here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Feature-Suggestions/S-Health-amp-Fitbit-integration/idi-p/871995

 

Note, though, fitbit's comment that they don't currently have any plans to make this change. Hopefully, with more votes they may change their mind.
