Versa wont sync with Carb manager

I use Carb Manager and linked it to my Versa, but nothing is syncing.  Also When i go to the fitbit.com and sync it says no device paired

@Katcon Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. 

 

There are tons of apps that use our Open API to integrate their service with ours. The best way to tell if an app is compatible with Fitbit is to go to the third-party site (or app) and poke around their settings to see if you can connect Fitbit. You can also browse their site for information or contact the app owner and ask if they integrate with Fitbit.

 

You may want to unlink and relink both apps. If the information is still not transferring, you may want to contact Carb Manager.

Also why does my Fitbit.com on my PC SAY NO DEVICE PAIRED

@Katcon Thanks for getting back. Sorry for the delayed reply. 

 

It sounds like your Versa isn't paired to your account anymore and that's why you're seeing no devices paired, please follow this set up process

 

Keep in mind that you will need to pair it to your existing account.
