Hi there @granny21. Great to see you in the Community! 🙂

If you have already connected your Fitbit account to Weight Watchers but nothing is coming up, I'd recommend unlinking both accounts and trying to link them again. For this, open up fitbit.com on your computer and then click on the gear icon at the top right corner to go to settings. Once you're there, click on "Applications" on the column at the left side and once you find Weight Watchers, click on the option that says "Revoke Access" and then go to Weight Watchers to link both accounts again and see if this works. It should look like the image below:

Hope this helps and let me know if you need anything else!

Hi there @sweetred. Good to see you in the Community! 🙂

For adding your Fitbit account to your WeightWatchers account, please click here and then click on the pink button at the top right hand which should tell you how to add your Fitbit account.

Hope this helps and let me know if you need anything else!

Thanks for getting back @sweetred 🙂

Hmmm... As far as I can see on the description, it says that it connects your accounts to have all your Fitbit activity converted into Weight Watchers Points and I don't really use WW myself so I'm not really sure how it would work but... were you able to see your activities and steps before being rtransferred to WW?
