Won't sync with MFP

Hello my Fitbit charge HR won't sync with my fitness pal app.

I have tried disconnecting and connecting my Fitbit through MFP app and the website but it still says 0 steps...

Any ideas on how to fix this problem? Thanks.

@Donna85 You might have been one of the few affected by the syncing issue that MyFitnessPal fixed yesterday. I made a post on how to troubleshoot your steps not showing in MFP that might help. 🙂
