Workouts won't sync to MyFitnessPal

Hello

i have the charge 2 and notice that when I log my workouts using the Fitbit it doesn't sync to MyFitnessPal.  I have to manually enter them into MyFitnessPal but then it duplicates the workout on my Fitbit app

Since getting my Versa it has never sync'd any workouts with myfitnessapp.

I can get it to sync steps (which I don't want it to do because the step counter is always wrong). But workouts that I do, like previously mentioned, wont sync to my app. I have friends who have other watches (Apple for example) and they can sync perfectly fine.

I apologize for the delay in my response. Thanks for sharing all of those details.

In this case I'd like to recommend that you get in touch with MFP directly since they are the ones that developed and handle the integration between the two platforms. They should be able to see what is going on and what is the best way to move forward.
