my fitness pal not syncing again

My fitness pal is having issues syncing with my fit bit again and now my calorie intake and exercise is not registering in my fit bit even from yesterday. ..

I took over 9,000 steps today and My fit bit adjusted 103 added calories on my fit pal. However, my friend only walk a third of the steps I did and hers adjusted 230 calories. I don't know whether I have a setting set wrong. Can someone help?

I had the flex & switched to the charge hr about 2 weeks ago. Ever since switching to the charge hr I can't seem to get the Fitbit app to sync with my fitness pal. On the occasion I can get it to sync, the steps do not match. Suggestions?

Since, some accounts aren't syncing with MyFitnessPal I would like you to unlink and relink both accounts to resolve the issue. Regarding the calorie adjustment that you get from Fitbit to MyFitnessPal, you can learn more about it by checking this article, the data won't match with other people if you're comparing it because this adjustment is based in the amount of calories burned.
