trying to join a group 40 ish women with 20-30 pounds to lose.

Trying to join the group above when I go to the activity group tab I cannot find the group at all.  I can find it on the weight loss message board but when I go to the link provided there is no join button.  This looks to be a great group of people and I would love to join them.  Thanks for your help

There is not a Button. There are words underneath the group name that says Join this Group

No little blue weorda...like all the other groups I have found... anyone know how I can contact fitbit support about this issue?  I see things for devices but not for help with silly little things like this

Hello @HHP1173 and all! To join a group, first you need to make sure it is a public group. If it is you should find a plus sign next to it, that's to join the group. I will leave a picture to show you guys where is it.
