How do I, for example, move walking to the top of my activities list on my Fitbit versa 3 smart watch?

@ShirleyMH I looked at your profile and can see that have been a Fitbit user for a while. You are probably used to editing the exercise shortcuts on the Fitbit app. The Versa 3 has all of the shortcuts on the device itself, in alphabetical order. After you use a shortcut, you list will separate itself in to a Recent, followed by everything else. Your most recent shortcut is at the top of the list and it holds three shortcuts. If you use Walk the most, it will stay at the top of the list.
I am also moving your post to the Versa 3 forum, a better fit for your question.

@ShirleyMH Not at all. They work exactly the same way.
