Hey @Foster1, I believe this is a known issue after the app update that affected most android users including me. So I also don't have any notifications coming to my versa 3 for more than 3 days. Really hope the dev team are able to provide a fix or roll back the update before I sell mine...

It is happening on iphone also.  And I just bought this because of the battery drainage issue on the charge 5. Time for a different company

I just purchased my new versa 3 because my versa lite stopped working. I thought it was something i did wrong in the set up but it looks like out people are having the same issue.

I had this same problem. I tried all the troubleshooting tips but none worked. I uninstalled the fitbit app on my phone and reinstalled it. Set it up again with my fitbit and all seems OK now 🙂

Thanks. I'll try that.

If what @Sillysausagesam said did not work for you, this Fitbit article might help if you didn't switch to another company yet: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1979.htm

I'm having the same issue too.  I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and it worked for a bit and now this morning stopped working again.  I'm getting very frustrated about it.

It was slightly complicated but customer support was able to help me fix the problem. I do not remember all the step they took me through.

Get a hold of customer service. They walk me through the steps and it worked. I do not remember all the stuff they had me do.

Customer services tried to help me but then she had to refer me up higher.
I tried all she suggested with no luck

Since we're here on fitbit's official community site, it would be super helpful if fitbit can share the steps to resolve here (or even pin it for future reference until its completely resolved)

As crazy as it might sound, it was Apple support that helped me get my
notifications back, both on my phone and on the Versa 3.

If you have an iPhone that recently updated to 15.6, one of the major
things to do is disable Focus. There's a glitch in the update that allows
Focus to suppress notifications, so I was told. I'm also attaching an Apple
support article about notifications. After I disabled Focus and then made
sure all apps were enabled to send notifications, the rep had me toggle off
and then back on permission to send notifications for each affected app. It
worked and then the apps started showing up in the Versa's list of apps
allowed to send notifications.
Texts come through fine now also. Calendar events are still a little iffy
but most come through. Phone calls don't work, at least not for me -
something to do with Versa Controls which keeps disconnecting from
Bluetooth - supposed to be a fix coming.
I hope any of this helps someone!

Wanted to update you guys that after experimenting everything Google has to say about fixing this issue, I finally able to get my notification back to my versa 3 from my poco f2 pro. What I did was not uninstall but log out from fitbit app then clear all app data. Relogin and put everything back in place, turned on notification and boom it just works (for now at least)
