Versa 3 stuck on logo. I have restarted it multiple times. I hold the button screen goes to black with a white line then logo shows up. Then vibrates and goes through same process all over again.

Have you tried a factory reset in the watch settings?

I can't get to the watch settings on the watch. Is that an option from the app?

Hi there, @Smittym277. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from. @SunsetRunner Thanks for your help!
Please note the issue you're having comes from performing a factory reset without first unpairing your Fitbit device from your Fitbit account and phone's Bluetooth settings. With that being said, I suggest following the steps below in the order listed:
If you can't get started with your Versa 3, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
Hope that helps.

Just had this happen to me. Don't waste your time doing what was suggested unless you're out of warranty. If you're under warranty, call support, walk thru it with them, and then when it fails they will set you up to send you a new one. Just happened to me, and no amount of resetting, repairing or anything else would revive it. Search the forums here...lots of similar reports. Luckily I still had my 4-year-old Blaze around and it has stepped in while I wait for a new Versa 3. I didn't reset it without unpairing it or do anything else. Neither did any of the other folks that have been reporting this problem.
Good luck!
