3 day-old Versa 4 stops tracking HR several times a day

I believe this has resulted I the second problem, that it also hasn't synced my hourly activity  between my watch and app on 2 of the 3 days I’ve had it so far. The watch says 12/12, the app says 10/12. Seems bad and confusing, if “sync” means anything. My silly primate brain is much more motivated to continue a streak than I am if it’s going day by day.


Any advice besides restarting/logging in/out of things and reinstalling other things?

Every other metric syncs correctly. The watch currently says 6/6, the app and web dashboard say 4/6.

 

If there’s a way to correct it, that would be great, too.
