3rd large Red X on my screen since purchase

I’ve had my Versa 4 for 12 days now. Over the last 3 days I’ve gotten a large red X appear on my screen. During the times this has happened was once during charging and two other times doing absolutely nothing but quietly watching television.

With the first Red X I restarted my Versa 4 but that only resulted into a flashing Fitbit Logo screen. The second restart resulted to the setup screen. I had to setup my Versa 4 again as a new device and that seemed to resolve the issue. (At least for awhile I discovered)

The second (and 3rd) red X was resolved by restarting the Versa 4. I did notice that just before the screen displayed the red x it vibrated which caused me to look at my screen but the screen clock face and the weather was overlapping each other and the screen was frozen. Before I could perform a restart the screen changed to the red x . This behavior happened twice.

I attempted to change the clock face after the 2nd red X (along with restarting) but that apparently didn’t resolve the issue as I’ve gotten a 3rd red x since that time.

I’m using an iOS 15.7 and the 3.68 Fitbit App (Versa 4 is version 2001.169.418)

I’ve seen this occurring in the new Sense 2 forums here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Sense-2/Sense-2-screen-shows-big-red-X/td-p/5249257. and again here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Sense-2/Keeps-disconnecting-red-x-appears-does-not-react-to-taps-etc...

I haven’t noticed this issue being discussed here in the Versa 4 forums. Is anyone else experiencing these issues?

Thanks in advance

Mine did this last night as well. I powered it off for a while and it has been fine so far since I rebooted it. Fingers crossed.

I bought 2 new Versa 4’s last week.  We are having the same problems.  Big red X, losing time and the Fitbit logo continuously showing.
