Even though I have both audio settings turned on, when Alexa responds the audio is muted showing an "x" for no sound. I've double checked the settings and they are selected to provide audio. What can I do to fix this?

Thank you for contacting us regarding the built-in Alexa on your Versa 4.
Given what you said, I believe this could be a problem with your quiet mode settings. Remember that Alexa will not respond if your Versa 4 is in Do Not Disturb or Sleep mode. Please disable these settings if you want it to work properly.
