Hi @Gerbyrne - in the Fitbit App click profile photo and App settings and set the clock format for the watch there.
It is possible that some clock faces don't follow that setting and have a setting of their own in the Gallery tile.
It should also be noted that there are 2 states, normal clock and Always On clock - the default watch Always On clock may be in 24 hr only,
Best to swipe the watch face down and turn off all icons till you are sure where the issue is.

Hi there, @Gerbyrne. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums.
As @Guy_ and @victoriacastro has mentioned, you can set the clock format on your Versa 4 to 24 or 12 hours. Nevertheless, keep in mind that if your Versa 4 keeps showing in a wrong clock format, try switching to a clock face that actually shows the 12 hr format. I have set a few clock faces that only show 24 hr format even when I have set my clock to 12 hrs. So, I recommend choosing a different clock face. For more information, see How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

@MarreFitbit What about the more logical solution to have the developer (Fitbit) to fix the bug rather than accept it as it is?
