Can't find clock faces on my Versa 4 that I used to have on my Versa 2

My versa2 died and I now have a versa4.  Loved several faces all from the same developer.  Can't find them on the 4

they had multiple screens embedded in the same face.  Don't remember what that option was called but I don't see faces like that for the 4?

@sdp1234 Did you pay for these faces? You might be able to find them by looking on the KiezelPay website. There is an option to look lookup purchases with your email address so you can see everything you've paid for and try to find them that way. If they are free clock faces, but you'd probably have to find it by developer name.

They were not in my purchase history.  I think they were free.

@sdp1234   Fitbit didn’t release a Software Development Kit for the Versa 4.  Fitbit made some third party clock faces available for the Versa 4, but not all.  Clock face options for the Versa 4 are much smaller than the Versa 2.  Sorry.

Hi @sdp1234 - in the Fitbit App, Gallery tile, try entering the search criteria of what you want from a clock face, you may find something that will do more or less the same.

Can Somebody tell me how I respond to a prompt to "change my clock face"? Because I don't know how to do that I never have. Now, after a week or so, none of the functions or read outs are responding.

Hi @Alan621 - yours seems to be a different issue, try holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.

If necessary logout of the Fitbit app, swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it before restarting the phone.

This may restore working normally without the need to change clock face, which can be done if you want, by long gentle press on the middle of the watch screen.
