I don’t have an alarms app on my Fitbit. My previous versa had it with the timers and stop watch. No option at all.

my IOS is completely updated on my phone

Versa battery & sync is complete

Alarms on phone app say “installed” but no where on my actual wrist device

Hi there, @AshleyVS. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for making sure that your Versa 4 is syncing and the Fitbit updated, I will do my best to help you!

As a first approach, note that alarms you set in the Alarms app Fitbit Versa 4 are separate from alarms you set with your voice assistant.

With that being said, I'd recommend restarting your Versa 4 by following these steps

Once the above has been done, please try access the alarms once again. For more information, see How do I manage alarms on my Fitbit device?

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @AshleyVS!

Sad to hear that you're having an issue with your Versa 4.
To hopefully get things fixed I'd suggest restarting your device. Before doing so, you should sync your Versa 4 with your Fitbit app to not lose any data tracked so far. Then please keep your device's button pressed for around 10 seconds until you'll see the Fitbit logo on it's display.

I'll keep my fingers crossed.
