My Fitbit clock face - the line for sleep data is gone black! The heart rate red line is still showing ! However the purple line for sleep is gone black! The sleep score is still registering at the bottom of the clock face

I turned it off completely and restarted and it seems to be ok now

Hi there @GCostigan. Welcome to the Fitbit Forums. 

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with all of the information about your Fitbit watch.

I would advise changing the clock face on your device to anything other than the one you now have as a starting point. After completing that, you can check to see if the information is present in the original once more.

I have the same clock face &noticed same thing.  It's also going dark while I'm exercising... you too?

So considering that we already have a suggestion that actually worked for one of you. @Mdowden30 I'll advise you to follow the previously mentioned advice and restart your device with the charging cable.

Hi @Humsey77  - did you try holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it vibrates or goes blank and wait for the logo to appear and it to start.
