Until recently I could see the Fitbit dashboard on my desktop. Unlike the app, this showed details of all the badges I had achieved, including the dates when I had obtained them. It also showed me lifetime data, such as how many miles and floors I had done since I started Fitbit. Now, I cannot see that information at all. Contacting the Helpdesk, I was told that only Day, Week, Month and Year information would now be available, and only on the app. Also, only the most current badges will be shown. This is not helpful, and detracts from the experience of using Fitbit. If this information cannot be restored to a desktop-accessible site, then it should be made available on the app.
