When I tap on ‘Steps’ to see my weekly totals the app just shows a blank. It tells me how many days streak I have but not the total number for day/week/month/year etc and often has the spinning ‘update’ wheel at the bottom, but never updates.
Please tell me that this can be fixed…

I have been a loyal fitbit user since 2015; I am loyal now because all my historical data is stored with the fitbit ecosystem but I really feel the app and insights hasn't evolved quickly enough.
I had the same issue here (steps not viewing weeks/month/year); It was fixed by deleting and reinstalling the app. However, we shouldn't have such basic issues occuring. Consumers will vote with their wallets...I hope we can continue to see innovation and updates with fitbit.

I have the same issue with in-year, month and week steps display. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but the problem remains. It’s been a while now…any idea when it’ll be resolved?

Hi there everyone!
I want to thank you all for your patience and for your efforts.
Have you already checked if you can update the Fitbit app? Our team is releasing a new version of the Fitbit app which is slowly rolling-out to all our members, I'd suggest to install it as soon as you see it available in the App Store or Play Store and check if your historical data appears again afterwards.
Let me know if it works, I'll keep our team informed.

I just uninstalled and reinstalled an hour ago. The week/month/years stats are now displaying. But the step streak is not. Fitbit app is 20001.214.24

I did your update to the app. Deinstalled and reinstalled the app again and still still have the same issues blank features….no calculations …floor totals are too high!. Will there be another bug fix because this one did nothing to correct the issues.

I have the same issue. Started the day after I went to the Pro plan. Kept hoping it was a glitch, removed and reinstalled but not working still. About to cancel membership and see if that works.

The step streak box now shows! So this step window appears to be 100% for me except for one thing. Two days ago I had a 651 day streak going. Now it says it’s 2 days. Nice. Will have to track this streak on the side now…

I tried all the things you did. Then I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and now it works.

I have the same problem, but also with the distance screen. The active hours screen is the reverse: nothing on main screen, details on the secondary screen. Like others, I have tried logging out, closing app, restarting iPhone. Nothing works. If this has been going on since April, something is very wrong with the app that Google does not seem to know how to fix.
