Versa 2 is unresponsive

My versa 2 is co.pletely dead and unresponsive- it is charged

Hi there, @BDKD. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your new Versa 2 is completely unresponsive. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend restarting your Versa 2 by following these steps. Have you also tried charging your Fitbit device? Leave it on the charger for a good two hours, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging.  

If the issue persists, may I know if you've tried cleaning the contacts on your Versa 2? There are some issues that affect this, being which power source is used and how clean the contacts are and how well the charger is seated.
