I have tried everything to get Alexa to connect to my Versa 4! Everything!! Ever since Google took over, I have had multiple issues with my Versa 4! My watch face stops working, it will not give me notification even though it is set up to do so. I'm sick of it! I have Always loved my Fitbit and have had a few many years. Sadly, I think it's time to look at other brands. I'm extremely frustrated that the problem can not be fixed!

Hi @Shgeary - Google are constantly making updates to the Fitbit App and frequently manage to break things, remove things, modify things so if you are applying updates you can expect problems.
Generally if you find a version which works stop updating it and you may have less issues but the behind the scenes services are also being changed and things can stop working too.
