I bought the Versa 4 last week. It arrived on Saturday and charged up. I wanted to charge it today and it will not charge. I have tried 3 different USB ports, a wall outlet and still no charge. I contacted Support who walked me through options to get it to charge and still nothing. I am going to return this device and go back to my Inspire 3. This is my first Smart Watch and I am so disappointed.

Mine does that at times also. I make sure I wipe off the back of the watch with a soft cloth and it will charge.

I need a second option. I've had my Fitbit Versa4 for several months now and it just stopped charging yesterday. I've tried multiple USB ports on more than one computer and cleaned both the watch and the pad on the charger. I'm at a loss and it's going to be dead soon.
