My fitbit Versa 4.just stops working. The clock stops as well. Not responding to charging at all. It's just new

Hi @Julijan  - if it's not charging it could simply have no battery left and the fault may be related to the charge cable etc. See How to check charge cable - Sense 2/Versa 4 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
