GPS Won't Stay Connected

I'm running into an issue with my Versa 4 lately where when I go for a run, I will start the workout on the watch and it'll say GPS connected. But once I start running, the watch vibrates over and over and the GPS sits and disconnects and reconnects constantly.  Then when my run is over and I go to review the map, it has me all over the place, nowhere even close to where I actually was. It has me spread out all over town showing me in places I wasn't even close to. I attached two photos one is what the Fitbit map is showing and the other is my correct route from the running app i use. It's then causing problems with my running app, Strava. I know the issue is not with Strava, because if I record the run with their app using my phone, it works just fine. There's an issue with the watchs' GPS not staying connected. There are no structures or unground issues that could be blocking it, just wide open spaces.  I've restarted both devices, updated the app, un-installed and reinstalled Fitbit. Any advice or fixes out there? Screenshot_20250423_213227.jpgScreenshot_20250423_213246_Strava.jpg

I am having the exact same issue. My watch is still in warranty and I contacted support. I had to reach out like 5 times because each time they would get me to do obvious troubleshooting steps (turn it off then on) and send me on my way without actually helping. It seriously ruins your run when you can't focus on anything but your watch buzzing like crazy every step you take. They offered me a replacement but expected me to send in my faulty product and wait two weeks for a replacement. I explained that going two weeks without would totally throw off my stats and they didn't care. Not that long ago Fitbit wouldn't even require you to send back the old product and they certainly wouldn't leave you without one. Now that Google took over, all the features are being discontinued and the customer service sucks. Sorry to hear you're in the same situation. I'll never buy from fitbit again.

Ugh that is so frustrating and sad to hear. I know since Google took over it's been terrible.  And I totally agree, I couldn't go 2 weeks without the watch and I very closely monitor my stats. Especially my running.

Their customer service used to be so good. What alternatives are out there? Fitbit is all I've ever used.
