I contacted Fitbit earlier this year. My versa4 will not add my bank card to the wallet. The bank have said they are not stopping it and Fitbit help was not very helpful and told me to look on the forum. I did this and several people have had the same problem with two saying they were sending their Verda back. Has anyone got any ideas PLEASE
