The Fitbit app has an issue setting up my google wallet with my versa4. When I first called customer support they said it was my phone, which was a galaxy s8. Now I have a google pixel 7 and I have the same issue. When I try to set up the wallet it says that I cannot connect to versa4 and that I should keep it nearby.
My husband has had absolutely no issues with his watch. Does anyone know what to do. Fitbit customer support just keeps telling me to replace it. I am so tired of reinstalling the app, factory resetting my watch etc.
