How do I get this watch to start

Of course, I'm happy to help you get your Versa 4 started. 

Were you able to charge it first? If it is charged but the screen still unresponsive, try restarting it by doing the following: 

  • Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button.
