Inquiry about my Versa 4 replacement process

I went through the help and they decided my watch isn’t working properly so they are sending a replacement. I received an email asking me name, address, etc but alarming asking for my passport number, why? Has anyone had this happen?

Hi @12tomtom - I have had replacement watches and never needed to give the passport number - you may not need to provide it, if in doubt you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
