Hi I recently purchased a tt20 phone - android 10 software - any issues with this ? Will download app but cannot connect to watch

@Dungarvan674 From my search, that phone uses Android GO. The Fitbit app can have significant issues with Android GO. The exact words in my search said, “The Fitbit app is generally not compatible with Android GO devices.”

Hello @Dungarvan674 it is nice to see you are interested in being part of the Fitbit Family! @LZeeW You are very helpful this time, and yes, you are right!
Another thing to keep in mind is that the Fitbit app recently has increased the minimum requirements of compatibility. It used to need Android 10 or higher, but now you will need a device with at least Android 11 or higher. Unfortunately, your device will not be able to install the app.
