Missing versa 4 but it’s not missing

Ive sold my fit bit versa 4. the person wants to use it but she can't connect. the watch says it was reported missing but I did not do this. is there a way to reset this so she can still use it? I checked everything before I sent it to her and everything was fine.

Have you contacted Support regarding any issue with the Versa 4? Did you get a replacement on that contact?

Yes, if fitbit sent you a replacement for this unit, the watch they replaced has been flagged so that it can not be used
