My experience with Versa 4

Had a versa 2 for years with no issues the entire time. Had this thing since Christmas, and I can't even get it to sync. It does nothing. It's a worthless paperweight now. I can't even resell it for more than $50 because the entire world that doesn't own this device is aware how big of a piece of crap it truly is.

 

Worst. Device. Ever.

I agree. I just posted this: My Versa2 is a real **ahem**. It won't reliably sync to my Android phone. I have had it for over a year and am getting REAL TIRED of the: turn off blue tooth, force stop Fitbit app, turn off phone, hold down the Fitbit button for 10 seconds, turn on phone (which will turn on Fitbit by itself), then finally turn blue tooth back on. This works about 1/4 of the time. That means at LEAST 4 times a day I have to go through this dance. And the time on the Versa2 is REAL bad. If you don't sync - than the thing loses around 15 minutes a day. Is there actually a Fitbit product everyone uses that WORKS!? It has been a long long 12+ months fighting this stupid product. I need to change it. (I hope some REAL answers can be posted.)

You are taking the comments and sentiments into consideration???? You didn't even READ that this post is about a Versa TWO! Yet you responded about a Versa FOUR!?!? Obviously this is some sort of 'canned' response. Either that or you just aren't reading. I responded that I am having the exact same issue - and to be clear as possible - this is a VERSA TWO!

I've had the versa 3 for a while I haven't had many complaints by the syncing is a real issue.also update at your peril most of the time it works but it's is brick s the device..no they have stopped challenges and open groups.theu keep taking features away.the good news is I jumped ship to a different brand and im way happier . actually answering calls with my Huawei and it works flawlessly.all.the GPS heart rate tracker are way better for less.i will say this though the Fitbit app is very polished
