My experience with the Versa 4

Most every app I click on is not available. Fewer watch faces. Now I know why it was so cheap. I may go back to the Versa 2. At least I had more choices with it?

How do we let them know we're unhappy?

Anyone? Everyone.

It's not most every app, it's all of them, because no SDK is available to third parties, so expect to *never* see any app other than those already installed in your tracker.

If you want to complain, or "suggest" as they say, vote here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Feature-Suggestions/3rd-Party-Apps-on-Sense-2-and-Versa-4/idi-p/5248...

Although I won't hold my breath, better ask for a refund while you can and buy an actual smartwatch.

I'm extremely dissatisfied and disappointed but I got this watch with accrued work credits so practically for free. I got one for my wife and mother-in-law too.

I would like to have the ability to answer calls on my watch and be able to do other things that more capable watches are able to do (Galaxy Watch 5 and Pixel Watch) heck the Amazfit seems better and it's far cheaper.

Only iOS users can currently answer calls on their watches with the latest firmware update whilst us Android users are waiting on the update.

In the future though I'll be going with Samsung watches henceforth

I’m disappointed in the way it hasn’t saved any maps since I got it on Saturday (19Nov22) and the interface is too sensitive. If I barely touch it, it stops my current exercise. I’m going back to my Versa 3 and am going to initiate a return on the Versa 4. I’ve honestly never been so disappointed in a product that I return it. Ever.

I went back to my Versa 3 and the minute I started using it, I realized how much better the user interface is. I’m not sure what they were trying to accomplish with the Versa 4, but it didn’t work. I boxed up my Versa 4 and will be dropping it at FedEx this afternoon, per the return instructions. At least that part was easy. As I said earlier in another post, I’ve never returned something simply because it didn’t meet my expectations, so this is a first.

I just saw that the firmware update is available that allows answering of calls on Versa 4.  Just loaded it and it works!  Can't make calls, but that is fine.

Only currently available for iOS users and not Android users.

I was disappointed enough to return it. Not with the device itself as it worked fine for me, but there are enough missing features with no commitment from Fitbit to add them back that it made no sense for me to keep it for now. I’ll stick with my 3+ year old Versa 2 until they either show dates for the important missing features to me or release firmware that brings them back, or I’ll look for alternatives when my Versa 2 no longer works.

Big disappointment!!!! Thought I was splurging getting the 4 and not the 2! Sounds like the 2 would have been a better choice. I've had it for 24 hours and I hate it!! All the things I though I could do I can't. I had an Alta HR so this was a big upgrade for me.
