Setting goals in training on Fitbit Versa 4

Good afternoon, I'm trying to set up goals every time I want to record a run/walk/interval training with my Fitbit Versa 4, but I'm facing a problem. Whenever I tap on run, it starts detecting the GPS and automatically starts after two seconds, while I'm swiping down to open the goal/interval section, starting the workout without letting me set anything.

The only time I managed to open the interval Interface, I couldn't find a way to set meters/km as there is just "move" with time amount to be set and not like 1km split.

I hope I explained the issue clear enough. Thanks a lot for your help!

Hello @Cicero98 and welcome to the Community.  It sounds like you are starting your workout from this tile on your Versa 4:

Exercise Quick StartExercise Quick Start

This is a Quick Start tile that has your last three shortcuts.  It is tap and go.  It will use the interval settings you previously set.  If you want to change any of your interval settings, you need to tap on the All option, then select Interval Workout.  Swipe up on the "^" to change you settings.  You can't set distance intervals, only time intervals.
