I have been wearing my Fitbit versa 4 for 3 nights and it’s put my skin temperature as 0.0°c. This feature is the main reason why I upgraded from my previous Fitbit so I’m disappointed it’s not working. I have done the whole log out, update app, re start phone, log back into app and re sync and not changed. I also wear it correctly, everything else works it’s just the skin temperature part. How can this be sorted please?

I've had my Versa 4 for 2 weeks and it's still not working. Worked as expected with my versa 3. Frustrated to say the least. I've been through all the troubleshooting steps as well. I have been considering returning it.

I’ve been wearing mine for 14 days and it says to wear it for 3 days straight…no idea how to “activate” it.
Same for me. 14 days now and it says no temperatures logged. No clue how to make it work.

I returned mine as Fitbit could not confirm the feature would ever work.

I ended up returning mine as Fitbit could not confirm the feature would ever work and that was one of the main features that made me decide on the Versa 4. Very disappointing to say the least.

I've worn mine every day/night since I got it in October, and it's never worked for me.

Same. I’ve had mine since October. Done several turn off or restarts and even reloaded the Fitbit ap. This feature never works. Very disappointed in false advertising.
Update - it is now Feb 2023 and, if I remember correctly, the Versa 4 was released in September 2022. It has been 4+ months that this feature has not been working. I thought I was doing an upgrade when I migrated from my Versa 2 to the 4. I was so wrong. The features of the 4 are not that much different than on the 2 or 3 and the skin temp has been nothing but a false start. Then the other day we finally get some sort of response, not an answer from Fitbit that they recognize there is a problem. Being in IT I totally understand that the most important rule is to support your customer base. If you don't do that, then you will lose current customers to competitors.

The data is being collected on my app but only in the Health Metrics > Skin Temperature section NOT in the Skin Temp. section **ahem** I was expecting.
I am using my iPad to use the app.

So it seems there is temperature data, but it's only displaying in the Health Metrics menu in the app.

Skin temperature sensor.is not listed as being present in the specs of a Versa 4.
Though is listed as a feature see Feature and Specs section

I've had mine (Versa 4) for almost a month and it doesn't work. I wear my fitbit Versa 4 to bed every night. I'm coming here to see if anyone can help.

What phone do you have? I only have 1 phone so I don't know how hooking it up to another phone will help me personally. I have the Samsung Galaxy s22 Ultra and with all the new technology you think they would be compatible. Hope you find something that works.
