Snore detection is not working on my Versa 4

  • Hi I bought my Versa 4 a couple of weeks ago and signed up to premium. I turned on the snore and noise detect function, agreed to the terms and allowed permission to my microphone.
  • When I click to see the report it brings me to the restorarion page, my understanding is there should be an option to "view snore and noise detect report" within here however there is no option for this.
  • I have updated the app to the latestest version, kept the fitbit charged, I have the function turned on for the last 7 days and no report has shown. I also sleep in a quiet enviornment so this shouldn't impact it.
  • Any advice to get this working? It was a key reason for purchase, thanks 🙂

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @Arron23!

Versa 4 unfortunately doesn't offer snore detection.
So if that's one of the core functions you would have liked to have, Versa 3 would be the better choice.
If you've purchased your new device at Fitbit, you're covered by their 45 day return policy:

Hi @Talahthas ,

Thanks for the response, that makes a lot more sense! I think I should be able to exchange from the retailer I bought it from, would you have any reccomendation for the best/ most accurate fitbit on the market?

Thanks again,

Arron

You're welcome, thanks for your feedback, @Arron23!
If one of your main focuses is on snore detection, I'd suggest going with Fitbit Versa 3.
