Stress Management Score

Fitbit Versa 4. Second time stress management score is not appearing. Last score number received was Thursday. Friday-today and still no score. Getting annoyed with all the bugs in Fitbit and no timeline of getting anything resolved🙄

Please note that this is a recent issue that we are aware of and are working hard to get this resolved the fastest and easiest way possible for our users. I will give you an update for this issue if anything new happens!

I am having the same issue, with the same timeline. It’s okay you are working on it, but this has been and on going problem, that you guys fix and then within months it goes down again. It’s really frustrating.

The first time it happened it took almost a week to get resolved. Then it happened again, but took approximately 2-3 days to fix. Now it’s back to almost a whole week to get resolved

Hi @Queen_T_15 -  as you say Stress Management Score comes and goes and other features work unreliability. Presumably Google are fiddling without proper testing to avoid this happening.

I'm also currently seeing 2 different sleep information since a while, summary and detailed don't match like they used to.
