Stress Management section of Today tile shows "Grant permissions in mobile app"

When I open the "Today's Activity" tile on my Versa 4 and tap it to open the Today data, the "Stress mgmt score" shows "Grant permissions in mobile app".

I've searched the mobile app for where to set these permissions but can't find anything specific for Stress Management. All of the permissions for all the apps I have loaded are already granted.

On the Stress Management section of the Fitbit mobile app I am getting a score. So why isn't this showing up on my actual device?

If this is truly the case, then eventually I’ll be switching to an Apple Watch as I’d be more willing to change my wearable brand than the ecosystem I’ve been involved in for over a decade. Sorry you’ve had such a bad experience.

I just got a Sense 2 this past week and have received ”need permissions” for the stress tile as well as for other tiles. Yesterday I got this message for the ECG tile even though I had set it up with all the permissions the first day I got the watch. I had to give ECG permissions again however like Mike I could not figure out how to give permissions for the stress management tile.

The other recurring problem I am having, which may be related, is that the Fitbit mobile app keeps losing the premium service. I had this issue after my premium auto-renewed on August 23 while still using my Fitbit Inspire and called Fitbit Customer Service to get it restored because I didn’t know how lost 10 days of sleep data as a result.  After getting my Sense 2 on August 30, the mobile app has dropped premium service 3 times. My husband also got a Sense 2 on August 30  and is also getting kicked off Premium randomly.Fitbit Customer Service had me reboot the Sense 2 in hopes this would fix the issues to no avail because it keeps happening..

Now that I know how to restore Premium in the “restore purchases” settings, it’s easy enough to restore but it’s very annoying. I think all these issues indicate a deeper technological issue with the Fitbit software platform.
