Syncronization with mobile app stops exercise recording

I was concerned about the exercise activities automatically stopping, then I realise every time I oppened the applicaction the excercise recording stopped and tried recording a session without oppening the app, the activity stopped in 20 min. Then I tried recording a session with the bluetooth of the mobile off and the activity was perfectly recorded. Is there any solution to this issue?

Which application are you opening @sofia_andujar? Is this app on the Versa 4 or the Phone?
