Transcription Error

 I'm getting this message whenever I try to respond to a message with voice to text (via Messages, WhatsApp, or Messenger). Alexa can hear and understand me. My Versa 4 is brand new. My phone is a Pixel 6. I've done a factory reset, and it didn't help. I've allowed all permissions. The language on both devices is English (US).

Should I just return this watch?

Also, if I choose to "open" a message it shows me this "link sent" message and does not open the message.

I don't know why, but the transcription error seems to have stopped. I can now use voice to text. 

I still can't: 

• Open messages (instead it says link sent) 
• Respond through Facebook Messenger (it says the messages are getting delivered but they never arrive)
