Update while setting up new device failed

While setting up my versa 4, App ask me to update. But when updates are getting downloaded, watch shows "Trying to connect with an exclamation mark below and below that shows Make sure your phone is near your fitbit device and bluetooth is turned on. Whereas fitbit app in my iPhone shows Installing. I have tried factory reseting watch, restarted my phone, removed versa4 from bluetooth settings and readded again. Everytime it is the same issue. I am unable to use the watch.

Looks like this is happening for a long time and no solution from Fitbit.
