Hello.
I'm feeling very confused as to why my Fitbit won't receive calls and texts. My Bluetooth is always on and I have all the settings switched to on for recieving calls and messages. As you can imagine my fit bit isn't doing what it is supposed to be doing and that's very frustrating.
Please could you look into this for me as I only activated it on 6.4.24. surely it shouldn't have stopped working already.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the fit bit app on my phone and done all the settings as it should be but it's still not working.
Please may I have a replacement Fitbit.
Kind Regards.

Why does the app have to run constantly in the background on your phone? This has never been the case as a Fitbit and iPhone user. I never have apps running in the background. If this is an update, it’s a bad update and a frustrating one too.

Having to have the app open on your phone constantly to receive notifications is terrible. Please go back. I’ve never had an issue with this before as a Fitbit and iPhone user. I never have my apps open in the background.

I have tried all the troubleshooting steps and checked all my setting on my phone and watch. I tried logging out and restarting both devices. I still have to keep the app open on my phone.
Thank you for all your help and tips. Sorry for the frustrating tone in the previous messages. Just wish it was the way it was the last three years. Hopefully there is a solution.
