The Fitbit app seems to have changed today and is no longer taking into account activity. It is just comparing calories in to my standard calorie goal so showing me as over for most days whereas I have been on target almost every day. Anyone else having this issue? Any idea how to fix?

Thanks, everyone, for all the comments so far.
I’d like to let you know that we are actively working on a proper solution to this situation. All the information you have shared with us is greatly appreciated.
I will get back to you all as soon as I have any news.
Up until half an hour ago, when I checked my food log on the app, it showed me how many calories eaten and how many calories I had left based on my calories burned. It suddenly switched and now only shows that I have a set calorie goal for the day and does not show how many calories I have left to eat based on my settings. I don’t understand why I have a set calorie goal when the calories I burn changes every day so the amount of calories I eat should also change. Why does the app no longer show calories left to eat?
Fitbit food tracking app is bugged. Somehow had decided I only want to eat 793 calories per day, instead of my preference of a 1000 calorie deficit that updates with my activity. Tried changing the goal manually, but it keeps resetting. Noticed others are having this issue, submitting with the hope Fitbit notices that this is a common problem.
If anyone has this issue and is able to get it fixed, let me know (and how).

The version of my phone is 26.3.1. I am having a lot of problems. SE phone
Thanks.
26.3.1 seems to be what caused this since I didn’t have this issue prior to the update. The “help me set a goal” also doesn’t update the calories goal but custom goal does update it.
iPhone 15 plus was doing this Tuesday, updated phone to latest ISO still not displaying how many calories left.
Any update as to when this will be resolved?
Hi,
Any ideas when this is going to be resolved?
thanks
Good morning everyone yes I also am having the same issue finding it very difficult not to return this product or go back to my old one. I have a brand new charge six that is also doing the same no calorie deficiency recorded. I am on 26.3.1 I believe this update definitely needs a huge Band-Aid🤗🫶🏻
