My versa 4 frequently stops “talking” with the app. The only way I can reconnect is to turn off the versa 4 and turn it back on. Is this common? I find it highly annoying (and did not have this problem with the Apple Watch I previously used).

That happens to me as well. I have to pair it again with my iPhone.

Hi Talahthas
hanks so much. I had looked at that page for help and tries the suggestions there. I had turned on the ability to answer calls from the watch which would regularly drop our and seemingly then affect syncing, since I turned that of off I’ve had much less trouble. It still tells me who is calling which is useful to know. Thanks again.

You're welcome, @AntonyBrennan, glad I could help you even though I would have wished that you wouldn't have to sacrifice one function to get another one work more reliable. Hopefully there will be an update to fix this. Thanks for feedback!
