Versa 4 Disconnects

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My versa 4 frequently stops “talking” with the app.  The only way I can reconnect is to turn off the versa 4 and turn it back on.  Is this common? I find it highly annoying (and did not have this problem with the Apple Watch I previously used).

That happens to me as well. I have to pair it again with my iPhone.

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @erinanne and @AntonyBrennan!

Sad to hear that you're having issues with your devices not staying connected to your iPhones. Please make sure you're running iOS 15 or later on your iPhones to meet Fitbit's current system requirements. You might also find this helpful as it covers common reasons for having Bluetooth issues between your Fitbit device and your phone:

Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Hi Talahthas

hanks so much. I had looked at that page for help and tries the suggestions there. I had turned on the ability to answer calls from the watch which would regularly drop our and seemingly then affect syncing, since I turned that of off I’ve had much less trouble. It still tells me who is calling which is useful to know.  Thanks again.

You're welcome, @AntonyBrennan, glad I could help you even though I would have wished that you wouldn't have to sacrifice one function to get another one work more reliable. Hopefully there will be an update to fix this. Thanks for feedback!
