Versa 4. Massive disappointment

Had a versa 4 1 week. 
massively disappointed with it. 
Feel like I’ve totally wasted my money. 
can’t control Spotify with it. 
yet on versa 1,2 and 3 you can. 
I thought a 4 would be better than these. 
also got a set of aria air scales with this. 
and guess what these aren’t working either. 
wont send info to my app. 
very unimpressed with Fitbit.

Got my Fitbit 4 last week and I'm able to control Spotify. I would return it and ask them for another one.

Fitbit have literally just told me this is not available on versa 4

My mistake. It was another app I was referring to. You are correct with regards to Spotify.

Hi @Dazzer21 - If you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy if bought direct from them or from an authorised shop perhaps, and some stores offer a 14 to 30 day one.
