Hi my verse 4 is no longer showing the green curve, only the red and purple I’ve tried rebooting it with no success.  Any suggestions

Hello @Tracyb1977 and welcome to the Community.  It sounds like you are having a problem with the default clock face.  Its name is Paths Standard.  Other users have the same problem.  I don't know if anyone has found a solution.  If I find it, I'll let you know.  I will merge your posts with the other ones, if I can find them.

I will ask a moderator if there is a bug report filed on this clock face.  You are not alone.

How do I trboot

Best Answer

Hello @sjudy572 and welcome to the Community.  Press and hold the button for about 10 seconds or so.  Your screen will go black and you can release the button when the Fitbit logo reappears.  The screen will flash between two different versions of the logo.  A red X will briefly appear, then the Fitbit logo will reappear, then disappear.

Hi everyone, and welcome to our new members. @LZeeW Thanks for your help!

@Tracyb1977 and @sjudy572 Thanks for the information provided and the steps tried prior to posting. So we can work on this together, may I know if you've tried changing the clock face, and then returning to the previous one? If not, please give it a try and make sure to restart your watch with the steps described by @LZeeW. Then, monitor its behavior to see how it goes afterward.

@Yaeg8r Thanks for joining this thread and trying the steps suggested above. I'm glad this got sorted out and I hope you can keep enjoying the experience with your Versa 4. Have a good one!
